THE PITTWATER SIDE
of Avalon
This flat beach is very popular with families, especially in the warmer months.
Equipped with picnic tables, BBQs, huge grassy areas to take your picnic or play a game of backyard cricket, and of course, it’s a great spot for the kids to build sandcastles! It’s perfect for water sports, so bring your paddleboard or kayak or even go for a walk. If you head to the south end you will find a walking track, which will take you all the way to Taylor’s Beach.
