BRING ALONG YOUR PADDLEBOARD AND

of Pittwater

Snapperman Beach, though not necessarily the best place to swim, has a great community vibe – especially on the weekend.

KEEP IN MIND

Paid council parking, hard to get a spot

Wouldn't come here if I just wanted to swim

NEARBY cafes coming soon

The beach runs from Sandy Point (south) to Pittwater Park (north) and is the perfect setup for a family picnic. The park is equipped with an enclosed playground area, toilet blocks and showers, and is easily accessible for anyone. Bring along your paddleboard or kayak and enjoy the calm waters of Pittwater!

Just across the road, you will find a range of cafes and restaurants. If you fancy a little boat ride, hop on the Palm Beach Ferry from the wharf at Snapperman Beach. You can take a trip around Pittwater to The Basin, Great Mackerel Beach and Currawong Beach, or take a trip up north to Ettalong in the Central Coast. It’s beautiful to be out on the water!

Parking can be very hard to find, particularly on the weekends and in the warmer months. The carpark is paid council parking (or free if you have a Northern Beaches Parking Permit), however, there are not many spots available in the carpark. If you’re going on a busy day, I would recommend finding free street parking down any of the nearby side streets.

Paid council parking (Palm Beach Park / Snapperman Beach Reserve) or free street parking.
