About this walk...

The Bondi to Coogee walk is Sydney’s most iconic coastal trail, stretching approximately 6 kilometres along the eastern coastline. This easy to moderate walk typically takes about 2 to 3 hours to complete one way, depending on your pace and how often you stop to take in the sights.

Starting at Bondi Beach, the path meanders along dramatic cliffs, passing through picturesque beaches like Tamarama, Bronte, and Clovelly, before reaching Coogee Beach. Along the way, you'll encounter stunning ocean views, sandy coves, and historic ocean pools, making it a perfect blend of exercise and sightseeing.

The trail is well-maintained, with paved paths and wooden boardwalks in many sections. There are a few sets of stairs and some uneven terrain, so comfortable footwear is recommended. It's also a dog-friendly walk, but dogs must be kept on a leash and are not allowed on the beaches or in adjoining parks.
