About this walk...

The walk from Clareville Beach to Taylor’s Beach is a short but beautiful foreshore trail that follows the edge of Pittwater, winding directly in front of the waterfront houses rather than along the road. Starting at Clareville Beach Reserve, the path meanders south around the curve of the bay, where you’re never far from the water. The trail is mostly flat and easy underfoot, with some small uphill steps. You'll see the gentle lap of Pittwater on one side and leafy gardens on the other, giving it a distinctly peaceful, tucked-away feel.

As you continue, the track eventually leads you to Taylor’s Point Beach, a small, secluded spot with calm water and views across to Scotland Island. The walk takes less than 20 minutes end to end, but it’s a delightful slice of bayside life - perfect for a quiet stroll, a swim at either beach, or just soaking up the serene atmosphere of Pittwater’s shoreline.
