Starting at Collins Flat Beach, a secluded harbour beach nestled between North Head and Little Manly Cove, you'll follow the well-maintained walking track that meanders along the headland. The path is mostly level and shaded, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
As you walk, you'll pass by "Jump Rock," a popular spot where locals enjoy jumping into the water. Continuing along the trail, you'll reach Little Manly Point, offering panoramic views of the harbour and the city skyline. The track then leads you to Little Manly Beach, a family-friendly beach known for its calm waters and picnic areas.
