ABOUT THIS BEACH
Red Leaf beach is tucked away behind the Blackburn Gardens in Double Bay. The full length of the beach is enclosed by a netted swimming area, with two wooden floating islands in the middle - perfect for jumping off or laying in the sun.
The grassy hill behind the beach is lined with trees, providing the perfect shady spot for picnics in the middle of summer. To access, walk through the Blackburn gardens and down the stairs, or make your way through the gate at the west end of Seven Shilling’s Beach.
