Access to Tingara is via the Hermitage Foreshore Walk, which runs from Bayview Hill Rd in Rose Bay to Nielson Park/Shark Bay in Vaucluse. It may not come up on your map, likely because it is only a 20m strip of sand and requires a short rock scramble to reach. If you're walking along the Hermitage Foreshore Walk, you'll find a sign for Tingara Beach in between Hermit Beach and Milk Beach. There are hidden rocks in the water, and it's not the safest place to swim!
