Whale Beach is located at the tip of the Northern Beaches, in between Palm Beach and Avalon. It isn't so easy to locate, so it is far less crowded and mostly visited by locals. Access is from Whale Beach Rd, which runs parallel to Barrenjoey Rd.

This beach is great for families and fishing, and there are some great surf breaks at both ends of the beach too! Be careful to swim between the flags, as there are a few rips.
