About this walk...

The Hermitage Foreshore Walk is a picturesque coastal trail that stretches approximately 1.8kms one-way, offering a serene journey through Sydney Harbour National Park. Starting at the base of Bayview Hill Road in Rose Bay, the path meanders through lush bushland, providing glimpses of the sparkling harbour and the city skyline. Along the way, walkers can enjoy the tranquility of secluded beaches such as Queens Beach, Hermit Beach, and Milk Beach, each offering unique views and a peaceful atmosphere.

The trail culminates at Nielsen Park, home to the popular Shark Beach. This family-friendly spot features an enclosed swimming area, ensuring safety for swimmers.
